AllMaths partners with various curriculum and educational programme providers. We operate independently from these companies.

• Any queries or concerns regarding the content, technical issues, access, or programme functionality should be directed to the respective provider.
• AllMaths does not set or influence the prices, policies, or content of these third-party programmes.

2. Our Services

AllMaths offers the following services directly:

• Online Classes (including Life of Fred live sessions)
• In-person Tutoring
• Diagnostic Assessments
• Maths Coaching

3. Payments and Refunds

• Each service has its own pricing, as stated at the time of booking or registration.
• Payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing or stated in the cancellation policy below.
• Missed sessions, assessments, or unused bookings are not eligible for refunds.

4. Cancellations

• For Life of Fred live online classes, cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date are eligible for a full refund.
• No refunds will be given after payment has been received for the following services:
  • Diagnostic assessments
  • Maths coaching services
  • Booked in-person tutoring sessions (missed or cancelled)
• Although refunds are not available for these services, rescheduling within reason can be arranged by contacting us in writing.
• Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to info@allmaths.co.za.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for service delivery and communication.
• We will never sell or make public your personal data.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the AllMaths website, including text, graphics, and teaching materials (unless otherwise stated), is the property of AllMaths.
• You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. User Responsibilities

• Use the services and content solely for educational, non-commercial purposes.
• Not misuse or disrupt our systems, materials, or sessions.
